Why Should I choose your cLASSES?

All class leaders are friendly, approachable and experienced in an extensive range of situations relating to pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. We can offer genuine, practical advice to help you on your journey through pregnancy to parenthood. During your antenatal classes, you will have the benefit of two midwives present to deliver class content and answer all questions.

We have spent years listening to women’s feedback about available antenatal classes and having learned from this, we strive to be the most informative, realistic and supportive class providers available. We place strong emphasis on encouraging friendships that extend beyond the courses, to provide mutual support and lasting friendships with likeminded parents.


When should I book onto your classes?

Between 24 and 34 weeks of pregnancy is the ideal time to attend our classes. Any earlier than this and you may have forgotten vital bits of information by time your little one arrives. Any later and you may have a baby before you complete the classes! What should I DO IF THE Class I WANT IS FULLY BOOKED?

We aim to try to place women in their desired class and location wherever possible. Send us a quick email hello@theholisticbirthcompany.co.uk and we can take a look at this for you.


CANCELLATIONs AND REFUNDS

It is possible to cancel your antenatal class booking by letting us know of the cancellation via email at support@theholisticbirthcompany.co.uk

We will acknowledge your cancellation via email reply within 48 hours of receipt.

Should you cancel 4 or more weeks prior to your course start date you will receive a full refund, less £25 to cover our administration costs and handling fees.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your course start date then no refund will be given.

However, individual circumstances will always be considered and in certain circumstances we are able to offer a full refund (minus £25 administrative costs and handling fees) irrespective of notice period.

Due to the sociable, personal nature of our classes we require a minimum number of participants to run each block of classes. If for any reason these numbers are not achieved then we reserve the right to cancel the affected classes, with refunds being issued in full (no deductions for administrative costs or handling fees).

(With respect to the above, please note that due to the unpredictable nature of pregnancy, there may be occasions where classes have fewer people in a group session.)


Who can i bring with me?

Each booking is for a maximum of two attendees. You are most welcome to come on your own, or you may wish to bring someone with you to your antenatal classes. We really don’t mind who, but would recommend bringing the person most likely to be supporting you through labour and the newborn stage in particular, so that both of you can learn everything you need to know for these coming weeks.


Can I attend the classes earlier than recommended?

We would not recommend attending our classes before 24 weeks as we work carefully to create groups who are at similar stages in their pregnancy. This can be great for socialising and support once your baby arrives. If for some reason you would like to join an earlier class, contact us via hello@theholisticbirthcompany.co.uk and we can discuss options with you.

Can I pay over the phone?

At present the only way to secure a booking is via the online booking process.


Can I pay for my classes in instalments?

We offer PayPal as a payment method for all of our classes. This means that if you so wish, classes can be paid for in instalments for you via PayPal’s Pay In 3 service. Simply select PayPal as the chosen payment method, then “Pay In 3” as the payment source and follow the instruction on the Paypal app/site. Please refer to PayPal’s terms and conditions for further information.
